Mike Rosenbaum joined Guidewire as Chief Executive Officer in 2019. Since Mike’s arrival, Guidewire has cemented its position as the leading cloud platform serving the P&C insurance industry, growing cloud adoption by over 500%, tripling cloud revenue, and expanding the Guidewire partner ecosystem to become the largest in P&C insurance. 
 
Mike’s focus on delivering value for customers, coupled with his “ship, shipmate, self” approach to prioritization, continue to shape the industry-leading platform, applications, and content trusted by insurers globally. Prior to Guidewire, Mike led product management and go-to-market strategy for core CRM products at Salesforce and served in the US Navy as a submarine officer.

 

John Mullen

John Mullen serves as President and Chief Revenue Officer responsible for Guidewire’s Global Sales, Delivery Services, and Customer Success organizations. With more than 25 years of experience, John leads high-growth teams to shape and deliver transformation that enables P&C insurers globally to engage, innovate, and grow efficiently. Prior to joining Guidewire, John served as CEO of the North America Business Unit at Capgemini, overseeing the expansion of Capgemini's insurance business and delivering innovative solutions to support the strategic growth of the world’s leading brands. He began his career with Accenture.

Amy Mollin
Vice President of Product Management, Cloud Platform at Guidewire

Amy Mollin is responsible for the product infrastructure and frameworks that enable and support Guidewire Cloud Platform. She’s been with Guidewire since 2010, when she started as Director of Product Management. Before assuming her current role, Amy had responsibility for Guidewire Data products. She has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software, including roles in professional services, engineering, and architecture. Previous positions include director and architect roles at Saba and IBM. She holds a B.S. in Mathematics from California Polytechnic State University–San Luis Obispo.

 

Catherine Desgagnés-Belzil
Executive Vice President and Leader, Business Performance and Information Technology at Beneva

In 2020 Catherine joined Beneva to undertake the  coordination of the La Capitale/SSQ Insurance grouping. As Beneva’s CIO, she successfully unified the organization's technological foundations following the merger of La Capitale and SSQ Insurance. Catherine played a pivotal role in orchestrating and executing over 250 projects and initiatives, driving technology integration across all business segments, from infrastructure to mission-critical systems. Her leadership ensured a cohesive and efficient IT ecosystem aligned with the overall business strategy.

In the last decade, Catherine held key IT management roles in the Quebec public service, including Vice President of Business Solutions at Quebec’s government Shared Services, Assistant Deputy Minister overseeing Digital Transformation, and Chief Information Officer. In these positions, she established Quebec's Digital Center of Excellence, deployed the government's digital transformation plan and implemented the First Government Cybersecurity Policy.

Catherine holds a bachelor’s degree in business computing from Quebec’s Laval University and has distinguished herself in the field of information technology.

 

 Russell Higginbotham FCII
Chief Executive Officer, Reinsurance Solution at Swiss Re

Russell Higginbotham started his career 1986 with a UK life insurer and in 1991, he joined Munich Re as a Senior Marketing Analyst.

Russell Higginbotham joined Swiss Re in 1994 and served in various roles in the Life & Health Reinsurance development and strategy teams. Between 2002 and 2005, he was Life & Health Country Manager for Japan and subsequently for South Korea. In 2006, he moved to Sydney and served as Chief Executive Officer of Swiss Re's Australia and New Zealand operations. From 2010 to 2015, he assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer Reinsurance UK & Ireland, based in London, and was named Head of Life & Health Products Reinsurance in 2016. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer Reinsurance EMEA, Regional President EMEA and member of the Group Executive Committee in September 2018.

In July 2019, Russell Higginbotham assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer Reinsurance Asia and Regional President Asia. In April 2022, he was appointed CEO Reinsurance Solutions and member of the Reinsurance Management Team. As of April 2023, Russell is a member of the Global Clients & Solutions executive committee.

Russell has a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Henley Management College, United Kingdom.  .  

 

Stephanie Behnke
Vice President, Solutions Consulting at Hi Marley

As a former Claims Executive, CIO, and Head of Innovation, Stephanie Behnke has built a career focused on understanding and resolving insurers' business pain points. She helps them implement right-fit technology that improves adjuster and agent efficiency while ensuring that policyholder experiences are modern, simple, and delightful. Stephanie's experience includes leading major claims-based digital transformation initiatives and, in particular, successfully managing large-scale Guidewire implementations. She regularly works with insurers to architect multiyear claims technology roadmaps designed to reduce expenses without sacrificing the customer experience. Her ability to balance business outcomes with a human-centered design approach has enabled Stephanie to partner with insurance executives as they consider how to drive efficiencies by further streamlining communication and collaboration efforts across the insurance ecosystem.

 

Matthew Wolff
Principal, Cloud & Digital Practice at PwC

Matthew Wolff is a Principal with PwC's Cloud & Digital Practice.  With nearly 20 years of insurance industry experience in consulting and industry roles, he supports insurers in adapting and responding to change.  Matt is a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter and is serving his second term on the CPCU Society's IT Interest Group.

 

Prashanth Ajjampur
Principal, US Insurance Practice and Operations at Deloitte Consulting

Prashanth Ajjampur is a Principal at Deloitte's US Insurance Practice, where he leads the Insurance Technology and Operations practice and heads the Embedded Insurance team. With over 25 years in the industry, he specializes in advising on technology strategy, large-scale business transformations, and navigating emerging disruptions.

As the co-lead of Deloitte's Insurtech practice, Prashanth has guided numerous startups, representing an ecosystem of innovative solutions for his clients. His extensive experience includes leadership roles at The Hartford, where he contributed to Commercial Lines Technology and served as the head of IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture.

 

 

Eric Rhodes
Senior Vice President International Technology & CISO at Co-operative Insurance Companies

With nearly 30 years of experience, Eric Rhoades brings a wealth of expertise to the insurance industry. His diverse background includes roles as an independent agent, Vice President of Claims, and Vice President of Loss Control and Facilities. He also has had a decade-long stint in Information Technology as a Senior Vice President of IT and Chief Information Security Officer at Co-operative Insurance Companies.  Throughout his career, Eric has been deeply committed to driving innovation and excellence within the industry.  Eric has an MBA from Husson University in Bangor Maine.

 

 

Jon Sisk
Vice President of Information Technologies at Mutual Assurance

Jon Sisk is the Vice President of Information Technologies at Mutual Assurance. He joined the insurance industry in July 2014, bringing with him more than 20 years of IT consulting experience as a Systems Engineer with SyCom Technologies.

Jon's background includes technical architecture, consulting, project management, systems integration, and problem solving through planning, designing, and implementing complex IT networking solutions. Jon has also served as an adjunct Professor at  Rappahannock Community College where he taught IT classes. Jon hods a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Longwood University.

Sugar Ray Leonard 
Sports Icon, Olympic Champion & Hall of Famer

Renowned sports legend Sugar Ray Leonard, a celebrated figure in the world of boxing, boasts an impressive resume as an Olympic champion, Hall of Famer, bestselling author, television personality, ringside analyst, and the founder of the Sugar Ray Leonard Foundation.

Discovering his passion for boxing at 14, Leonard achieved three National Golden Gloves titles, two AAU championships, and a gold medal at the 1976 Olympics. His exceptional skills earned him the title of the "new Muhammed Ali."

Beyond the ring, Leonard is a cultural icon with a successful broadcasting career. His philanthropic impact includes 13 years leading the Sugar Ray Leonard Foundation, dedicated to funding research for pediatric diabetes and promoting children's health. He actively supports Children's Hospital Los Angeles and various children's charities, showcasing his deep commitment to making a positive difference.

Jeremy Jawish
Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder, Shift Technology

Shift Technology CEO and Co-founder Jeremy Jawish became acutely aware that fraud detection was one area of the insurance industry that was ripe for disruption while working with a leading global insurance company. There, the seed was planted related to how artificial intelligence and advanced data science could be used to help insurance professionals make the best decisions possible throughout the policy and claims lifecycle. Jawish, along with co-founders Eric Sibony and David Durrleman transformed the idea into reality and now insurers around the world trust Shift’s AI-native solutions to help them solve some of their biggest challenges.

Jeremy holds a Master's degree in Probability and Finance - known as "El Karoui" - awarded jointly by Ecole Polytechnique and Paris VI University.

Partha Srinivasa
Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Erie Insurance

Partha Srinivasa joined ERIE in 2022 from Verisk Analytics, one of the world’s largest data analytics firms. At Verisk, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Data and Insurance Information Officer, responsible for the company’s insurance segment technology as well as enterprise-wide data and analytics. Prior to Verisk, Partha held multiple technology leadership roles as a global CIO and CTO at companies including Zurich Financial Services, Tokio Marine HCC, Farmers Insurance and Safe Auto.

He brings more than 25 years of IT experience to ERIE’s executive team, including technology expertise in platform modernization, cloud and digital transformation, innovative technology solutions for insurance, talent upskilling and enabling data analytics and insights.

Partha earned global industry recognition, including being named a Top 10 Global CIO in 2015 and Top 10 CTO in the world in 2013. A native of India, he earned a master's degree in management from the Indian Institute of Technology in Madras, India and a bachelor's degree in engineering from Annamalai University, India.

Eric Pearson
Vice President of Information Technologies at Southern Pioneer Property & Casualty Insurance Company

Eric Pearson started his computer career at 14 writing games on the Commodore 64. He graduated with dual degrees from Belhaven University in Computer Science and Psychology. After college, Eric worked for 16 years in software development for the insurance and banking industries at Computer Sciences Corporation and Ocwen Technology Xchange. He was instrumental in the development and team management for a policy administration and claims adjudication system for small to mid-range regional carriers and assisted in technical expertise for marketing engagements.

Eric started his career in the insurance business side in 2010. He was recruited as the Vice President of Information Technologies for Southern Pioneer.  He has been tasked with moving Southern Pioneer forward with developing technologies, improving performance, and managing and implementing integrations and adoption of new methods for navigating the insurance business.
