*Golfers are permitted to come in on Tuesday, April 2nd for three nights of accommodation

If you wish to extend your stay at the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa you are at liberty to do so and we will be happy to assist you with your plans. You will, however, be responsible for any costs associated with your extension including additional hotel nights, any needed transportation, and all incidental charges.

To request an extension at the hotel, please indicate your desired check-in / check-out dates when registering. Once availability has been confirmed with the hotel, a member of the Symposium Event Team will contact you for your credit card details to confirm the additional night(s) to your reservation. 

The group rate available to Symposium attendees is $559.00/night plus applicable taxes and surcharges and is based on availability.

ARRIVALS
Transportation to the hotel will be arranged for those arriving at the Fort Lauderdale Airport or Palm Beach Airport on Tuesday, April 2nd or Wednesday, April 3rd. Transportation from Miami International Airport is NOT included.

Once your flight lands, please make your way to the Baggage Claim Area for your respective flight. Your driver will meet you there with a name sign and escort you to your waiting transportation. The transfer time to the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa are as follows: 

• Fort Lauderdale: 60 minutes 
• Palm Beach: 15-30 minutes

Upon arrival at the hotel, please proceed to the lobby and check-in at the Front Desk. The official check-in time is 4:00 PM. After settling into your room, be sure to stop by the Guidewire Registration / Hospitality Area in Flagger Hall to pick up your name badge, which is required for the welcome reception.

DEPARTURES
Transportation from the hotel to the Fort Lauderdale Airport or Palm Beach Airport will be provided on Friday, April 5th. Additional details regarding your departure will be provided to you once you arrive at the Symposium.

The official hotel check-out time is 12:00 PM.

In general, the recommended attire for the event is relaxed business casual. Layered clothing is both functional and advisable for evening events.

The weather in Palm Beach in early April is typically pleasant, with an average of around 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
