Yes, transportation will be provided between the Ritz-Carlton Bali and the Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) on official program dates (May 7 and May 11 only). If you are traveling outside of these dates, you are responsible for your own transportation arrangements.

Typical attire in Bali is comfortable and casual, as the weather is hot. Additional details will be included with the travel documents you’ll receive approximately two weeks prior to your departure.

Yes, you are allowed to bring one guest aged 21 years or older. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children/infants and must enforce the policy that no guest under the age of 21 is permitted to attend the venue, even if the qualifier wishes to pay out of pocket.

Please do not drink tap water in Bali. Only use filtered bottled water for drinking and brushing your teeth. The water provided during hosted activities and at all restaurants at the hotel are safe to drink.

At this time, mandatory proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required to enter Indonesia. Travelers must have received a complete dose (second shot or third dose/booster) of the COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days before departure to Indonesia & travelers must also download the PeduliLindungi app to get COVID-19 vaccine verification before arrival. ​International Travelers who have been infected with COVID-19 and have recovered from it but are unable to receive the second dose of vaccine can now enter Indonesia upon presentation of a recovery certificate from COVID-19 AND having at least the first dose of vaccine.
