Should you wish to extend your stay at The Boca Raton, we can assist with your plans. You will be responsible for all associated costs, including extra hotel nights, transportation, and incidental charges.

To request an extension, please provide your desired check-in/check-out dates during registration. Once the hotel confirms availability, the Symposium Event Team will contact you for your credit card details to finalize the additional night(s).

The group rate available to Symposium attendees is $580.00-$680.00/night plus applicable taxes and surcharges and is based on availability.

• Hosted Ground Transportation to The Boca Raton on Tuesday, March 24th and Wednesday, March 25th from Fort Lauderdale Airport or Palm Beach Airport for Customers (Miami International Airport is not Included) 
• Two-Night Accommodation at The Boca Raton for Wednesday, March 25th and Thursday, March 26th (The night of Tuesday, March 24th will also be hosted for those that need to arrive early for golfing on Wednesday, March 25th)
• Welcome Reception on Wednesday, March 25th (Guests Welcome to Attend)
• Group Breakfast, Lunch and Networking Reception on Thursday, March 26th (Guests Welcome to Attend the Group Breakfast and Networking Reception)
• Group Breakfast on Friday, March 27th (Guests Welcome to Attend the Group Breakfast)
• Hosted Ground Transportation from The Boca Raton on Friday, March 27th to Fort Lauderdale Airport or Palm Beach Airport for Customers (Miami International Airport is NOT Included)

Arrivals

Transportation to the hotel will be arranged for those arriving at the Fort Lauderdale Airport or Palm Beach Airport on Tuesday, March 24th or Wednesday, March 25th. Transportation from Miami International Airport is not included.

Departures

Transportation from the hotel to the Fort Lauderdale Airport or Palm Beach Airport will be provided on Friday, March 27th. Additional details regarding your departure will be provided to you once you arrive at the Symposium.
