Air Transportation
OneLogin is pleased to host economy / coach class round-trip air transportation for you and your guest from your preferred departure airport to the Kahului Airport (OGG). Within 72 business hours after completing your online registration, you will be contacted by LUXE Travel and provided with a proposed air itinerary for your approval. Air arrangements will be made via the most direct and economical routing from your home city to Maui. To expedite air reservations, you will have 24 hours to approve or make changes to your proposed air itinerary. If you have not received an email from LUXE in a timely manner, please check that the email has not been sent to your junk mail folder.
 
Once tickets have been issued, any changes that you make to your itinerary resulting in additional costs will be at your own expense. LUXE Travel will be happy to add your frequent flyer number to your itinerary so that you gain mileage from your flight, but please be advised that you will be responsible for handling any issues associated with your frequent flyer mileage and / or upgrades or changes. Any fare increases caused by upgrades or changes made by you will be your responsibility. All airline preferences will be attempted, but cannot be guaranteed.
 
Arrival Information: Kahului Airport (OGG)
Upon arrival into the Kahului Airport, please make your way to Baggage Claim, where you will be greeted by event staff, assisted with your luggage, and directed to pre-arranged transportation. The scenic transfer will take approximately one hour. Hosted transportation will be provided for you from the Kahului International Airport to the Montage Kapalua Bay on official program dates only. If you are traveling on dates other than the scheduled program dates or from a different hotel, you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the hotel. Taxi service from the Kahului International Airport is readily available.
 
Official hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. If you arrive prior to 4:00 p.m., pre-tipped bellmen will take your luggage to a secure storage area until your room is available. The hotel will make every effort to have your room ready upon your arrival.
 
Attire
In general, the standard attire in Maui is comfortable and casual for activities. While the hotel is a more upscale (swimsuit cover-ups and shoes are required in the hotel lobby and dining outlets), you will find yourself most comfortable in resort casual / active sportswear (polo shirts, casual dresses, sports shirts or blouses, walking shoes, etc.). Bathing suits and workout clothes will come in handy if you plan to use the pool, Fitness Center, Spa, or explore the beaches in the area. We suggest that you bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat or visor to protect yourself from the intense sun. Additional details will be included with the travel documents you will receive approximately two weeks prior to your departure. Please note that all group evening functions are outdoors.
 
Cell Phones / Country Code
Most cell phone carriers work in the area. For international travelers, it is highly recommended to contact your phone provider to verify coverage and add an international plan prior to traveling.
 
Children
OneLogin President’s Club is an exclusive reward for employees. OneLogin is pleased to host one qualifier and one guest. All guests must be 21 years or older. No children are allowed at this event.

Departure Information
Prior to your departure from President’s Club, you will be provided with a personalized departure notice outlining your transfer and flight schedule. Hotel checkout time is 11:00 a.m. Departure transportation will be provided to Kahului Airport (OGG) on Friday, May 3, 2019 only. If you will be traveling to an alternate location after President’s Club, please be sure to indicate so on the online registration form.
 
Emergencies
The central help number for all emergencies in Hawaii is 911.
 
Extensions
If you wish to alter or extend the travel plans we are pre-arranging for you, you are at liberty to do so and we will be happy to assist you with your plans. You will, however, be responsible for any resulting increase in your airline ticket price, booking additional hotel nights, transfers, etc. Please include extension requests on the registration form. If you wish to extend your stay at the Montage Kapalua Bay, the rate is $675 / night plus taxes. If you would like to extend your stay, please indicate your desired check-in and check-out dates in your registration and we will confirm availability at the hotel.
 
Gratuities
OneLogin will be providing gratuities in conjunction with the scheduled program, from your arrival through your departure. This includes baggage handling at the airport and hotel gratuities on all scheduled food and beverage functions and hosted activities. All gratuities for hotel services are hosted by OneLogin, with the exception of any activities or services that you book on your own.
 
Hotel Registration & Contact Information
Upon arrival at Montage Kapalua Bay, please proceed to the Front Desk for check-in. Official hotel check-in is 4:00 p.m. If you arrive to the hotel prior to this time, pre-tipped bellmen will take your luggage to a secure storage area until check-in is available. The hotel will make every effort to have your room ready upon your arrival. Upon check-in, a credit card imprint will be taken for personal expenses. The hotel accepts most major credit cards.
 
After checking in to your room, please make your way to the Hospitality Area located in the Sunset Pavilion on the Lobby Level to pick up your Welcome Packet. The Hospitality Area is a great place for getting answers to any questions you may have, obtaining event and local information, and saying aloha!

Medications & Prescription Drugs
Medications should be in labeled containers. When traveling with medications, it is recommended you carry a copy of your prescriptions. Also, please keep ALL MEDICATIONS in carry-on luggage. It is recommended that you get a letter from your doctor for medications you are bringing. Some countries have strict laws, even against over-the-counter medications.
 
Packing Tips
It is recommended that you do not check luggage containing travel documents, money, medication, jewelry, electronic equipment, or any other valuables. These items should always be kept with you. It is always a good idea to keep a copy of your passport in your checked luggage. We do not recommend bringing valuables on your trip, but if you choose to do so, it is recommended that you store your valuables in the safe located in your hotel room.

Program Inclusions / Personal Expenses
OneLogin is pleased to host accommodations, scheduled activities, transportation, and meals during the program. Gratuities will be provided with all planned activities and functions. This includes baggage handling at the airport and hotel, housekeeping gratuities, and all scheduled food and beverage functions.
 
All attendees are responsible for any incidental purchases, including but not limited to, dry cleaning charges, telephone calls, gift shop purchases, and mini-bar charges. Tips in connection with your personal services such as laundry, valet, telephone calls, room services, etc. should be taken care of by you at the time services are rendered or on your personal folio upon check-out. Please settle your incidental account with the hotel upon your final checkout.
 
The following is an outline of the President’s Club 2018 program inclusions:
 
  • Round-trip coach air transportation between your home city and the Kahului Airport (OGG) for you and one guest

Sunrise / Sunset
Enjoy plenty of sunshine in Maui with the sunrise around 5:45 a.m. and the sunset around 6:50 p.m. during the week of President’s Club. 
 
Time Zone
Hawaii operates on Hawaii Standard Time (HST). When it is 12:00 PM on May 30 in Wailea, Maui, the time in the following locations is:
 
San Francisco: 3:00 p.m
New York City: 6:00 p.m.
London: 11:00 p.m.
 
Travel Documents / Information
Final details will be sent with your travel documents approximately one week prior to the President’s Club event. If you will be traveling during this time, please contact Launch, Inc. by emailing info@oneloginevents.com to advise where the travel information and documents should be sent.
 
Travel Restrictions
Security measures on most national and international flights restrict the amount of liquids and gels passengers can carry-on to the plane. To comply with the rules, each of your toiletries must be 3.4 oz. (100 ml) or smaller (most drug stores have a section that features these smaller travel size) and you must place all the toiletries in a single quart-size zip-top bag (approximately one liter).
 
Airlines strictly observe policies regarding items that cannot be included in carry-on bags, including any sharp or flammable objects, such as knives, razors, scissors, pocket-knives, etc. If any item is questionable, it is best to leave it at home or pack it in your checked luggage.

Travel Tips
To minimize the effect of jet lag, we recommend the following:
 
  • Wear comfortable clothing and footwear
  • Keep yourself hydrated
  • Avoid alcohol and caffeine consumption prior to / during your flight as both are very dehydrating
  • Eat small meals during the flight
  • Stand up and stretch every few hours to encourage proper circulation
