A: The GTM Leadership Kickoff  meeting is a 2 day event featuring general sessions led by Freshworks’ executives, breakout sessions, awards, team building activities and more.

Q: Will you be live streaming the event?
A: Yes, we will be live streaming the general session so the entire GTM org can tune in. Log-in details for the digital event will be shared the week prior.

Q: Who is approved to attend GTM Leadership Kickoff in Chennai?
A: Travel and attendance for GTM Leadership Kickoff in Chennai is for India and MEA leaders. Participants will receive an invite to register. Please refrain from booking any travel until you’ve received the registration email.
 
Q: How do I register for GTM Leadership Kickoff?
A: GTM Leadership Kickoff participants will receive an email invite to register online.
 
Q: Do I need to book my own hotel room?
A: Freshworks is providing housing for approved nights related to GTM Leadership Kickoff. Upon your approved registration, a room will be reserved for you and payment for room/tax will be made. Please read through the detail below for hotel information for local and non-local employees:

• Non local employees: hotel will be provided for two nights - arriving Sunday, January 22 and departing Tuesday, January 24. Departures on January 25 can be requested during registration if required due to flight schedules.
• Local employees: Leaders who are local to Chennai will be expected to stay at the hotel for one night - arriving by 8:00am Monday, Jan 23 and departing Tuesday, Jan 24. 

Please note, due to the size of our event, we may be using multiple hotels to accommodate housing. A confirmation email including hotel name, address and confirmation email will be provided to you at least two weeks prior to arrival.
 
Q: What if I need additional hotel nights?
A: Housing for extended stays before or after GTM Leadership Kickoff  for any reason (including team meetings, office visits, etc.) should be booked and expensed via your normal process.
 
Q: Do I need to book my own flight or train?
A: Yes, you are responsible for booking and expensing your travel via your normal process.

Q: How do I book ground transportation to my hotel?
A: Freshworks will provide roundtrip ground transportation from Chennai International Airport (MAA) and The Leela Palace Chennai. Details on meeting location, transfer times, and contact information will be provided closer to the event.

Transportation to and from your home and your local airport are your responsibility to arrange and can be expensed via your normal process.

Q: How do I apply for a visa if one is required?
A: If you need an invitation letter, email askHR@freshworks.com and a ticket will be created and assigned to the appropriate group to generate a letter.

Q: What if I already registered for GTM Leadership Kickoff but can no longer attend?
A: Please reach out to freshworksevents@launchinc.com to assist with registration and hotel room cancellation. 

Q: What if I already booked my flight but can no longer attend?
A: Please follow the flight cancellation policies via your standard process.

Q: Are COVID-19 vaccinations required to attend GTM Leadership Kickoff?
A: Freshworks employees are required to be vaccinated in order to attend any company event, including this GTM Leadership Kickoff event.
 
Q: Will you provide COVID-19 testing onsite?
A: No, COVID-19 testing will not be available onsite.
