AIR TRAVEL
Please book your flight to arrive at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) or Oakland International Airport (OAK) by 11:30 AM on Tuesday, July 22, to ensure you can reach Cavallo Point by 1:00 PM.

For your return, schedule your departure for Friday, July 25, anytime after 1:00 PM.

When booking air travel please use your AMEX or Ramp card, expense it as 51020 Air Transportation - Attendees under the LI125 - Launch Retreat program code.

ARRIVALS
When you arrive at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) or Oakland International Airport (OAK), please use your Launch AMEX or Ramp card to order an Uber or Lyft to Cavallo Point and expense it as 52225 Events: Events - Parking Services & Ground Transportation under the LI125 - Launch Retreat program code. 

Once you arrive at the hotel, head to the Front Desk in the lobby to check in. The official check-in time is 4:00 PM. While we’ve requested early check-in, it cannot be guaranteed and depends on availability. If your room isn’t ready, the hotel will gladly store your luggage for you.

PARKING / TRANSPORTATION
Please expense your Uber or Lyft rides to and from Cavallo Point, the airport, and your home as 52225 Events: Events - Parking Services & Ground Transportation under the LI125 - Launch Retreat program code.

If you prefer to drive, parking will be available on-site throughout your stay. 

DEPARTURES
The official hotel check-out time is 12:00 PM. When heading to the airport, please use your Launch AMEX or Ramp card to order an Uber or Lyft. We encourage sharing rides with colleagues whenever possible.
