In general, the standard attire in Barcelona is city chic, similar to other European cities. In the days, you’ll want to wear attire appropriate for the activity you are participating in. If you are strolling around the city, you’ll want to dress comfortably but with a European flare. Swimsuits and workout clothes will come in handy if you plan to use the pool, Fitness Center, spa or explore the beach. We suggest that you bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat or visor to project yourself from the sun. For activities and evening functions, layered clothing is recommended.

Health & Safety
As always, CentralSquare stresses the importance of taking care of your health and well-being while traveling. Below are some actions you can take to ensure that you remain as healthy and safe as possible while at Centurions Club 2019.

Spain is one of the safest countries in Europe. The biggest threat to tourists is pickpocketing in crowded areas. Pickpocketing can be prevented by keeping your wallet, passports, and camera in a money belt or securely stored in your hotel safe. Do not flash money or electronics around in crowded areas.

Tap water in Spain is safe to drink, although you may notice a slight chlorine-like aftertaste in some coastal areas of Spain.

Medications & Prescription Drugs
Medications should be in labeled containers. When traveling with medications, it is recommended that you carry a copy of the prescription. Also, you should keep all medications in your carry-on luggage.

Packing Tips
It is recommended that you do not check luggage that contains travel documents, medication, jewelry, electronic equipment, or any other valuables. These items should always be kept with you. We do not recommend bringing valuables on your trip to Spain, but if you choose to do so, it is recommended that you store your valuables in the safe provided in your sleeping room.
